Job Role & Responsibilities

- Service, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines at customer locations.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
- Handle installation, commissioning, testing, and servicing of CNC machines.
- Ensure proper functioning and performance of CNC machines after service.
- Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
- Identify faulty components and coordinate for repair or replacement.
- Maintain service reports and update records of work completed.
- Communicate technical issues and solutions effectively with customers and the internal team.
- Willingness to travel to customer locations for service requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related Engineering discipline.




- 1-3 years of experience in CNC machine servicing, machine maintenance, or industrial equipment maintenance.
- Knowledge of CNC Lathe and VMC machines is preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Ability to independently diagnose and troubleshoot machine-related issues.
- Knowledge of CNC controllers such as Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or similar will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of machine installation and commissioning.
- Good problem-solving and technical skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with customers.
- Willingness to travel for customer site visits and service assignments.
