Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega CDH Developer with strong expertise in Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), Next-Best-Action (NBA) Designer, Decision Strategies, and customer engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing real-time decisioning and personalized customer engagement solutions using the Pega platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop customer engagement solutions using Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH).
- Configure and implement Next-Best-Action (NBA) Designer and decisioning frameworks.
- Develop Decision Strategies, Adaptive Models, Predictive Models, and Arbitration rules.
- Create and manage Business Issues, Groups, Actions, Treatments, and Engagement Policies.
- Implement eligibility, applicability, suitability, and contact policy rules.
- Configure Data Flows, Data Sets, Proposition Management, and Customer Profiles.
- Design real-time and batch decisioning solutions across digital and assisted channels.
- Integrate Pega CDH with external systems using REST/SOAP services.




- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate marketing and customer engagement requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega guardrails and best practices.
- Support deployment activities and provide production support when required.

- Solid experience in Pega CDH / Pega Customer Decision Hub.
- Hands-on experience with Next-Best-Action Designer.
- Decision Strategies and Decision Management.
- Adaptive Models and Predictive Analytics.
- Engagement Policies (Eligibility, Applicability, Suitability).
- Business Issues, Groups, Actions, and Treatments.
- Data Flows, Data Sets, and Customer Analytics.
- Pega PRPC development experience.
- REST/SOAP integrations.
- Agile/Scrum methodology.

Preferred Skills

- Pega Infinity 23/24/25 experience.
- Pega Constellation experience.
- Knowledge of Customer Journey Management.
- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Insurance domains.
- Exposure to GenAI capabilities within Pega.

Certifications (Preferred)

- Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (CPDC)
- Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- Pega Certified System Architect (CSA)

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
