We are looking for a Techno-Commercial Manager in Chennai to lead our Ayurvedic manufacturing unit. You will bridge the gap between technical production, development of new product and market growth. Bring your expertise in herbal formulations, quality standards, and business strategy to scale our traditional remedies into domestic and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Production Oversight: Manage daily operations, GMP standards, and herbal extraction processes.
- Commercial Growth: Drive sales strategies, vendor negotiations, and market expansion.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to AYUSH guidelines and quality assurance protocols.

Requirements

- Degree in Ayurveda (BAMS), Pharmacy (B.Pharma), or Biotechnology.
- MBA in Marketing or Operations is a solid plus.
- Proven experience in the Ayurvedic or herbal FMCG sector.

Chemist :: To oversee production / Quality assurance / Formulation R and D / Botanist .. B Sc / M Sc / biology..

experience in Ayurvedic / nutraceutical unit added advantage.

Executive Admin: B.com / M.com .. Experience in any manufacturing unit in purchase / gen admin / Accounts / Marketing / E commerce.
