Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle calls in Telugu
- Assist customers by resolving queries and providing accurate information.
- Deliver excellent customer service with a qualified approach.
- Maintain call records and follow company processes.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fluency in Telugu is mandatory.
- Basic communication skills in English.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Qualification: Any Graduate.
