Job Title: Security Officer (SO)

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar / Ahmedabad

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Security Officer to oversee security operations and maintain robust safety protocols at our GIFT City facility. This role requires a strong operational background with a focus on local authority liaisoning, administrative proficiency, and explicit communication.

Key Responsibilities :

- Operational Security: Supervise daily security protocols, access control, and emergency response procedures to protect assets, personnel, and information.
- Liaisoning & Compliance: Act as the primary point of contact for local law enforcement, emergency services, municipal authorities, and government bodies to ensure regulatory compliance and seamless coordination.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain daily operational logs, incident reports, and compliance tracking using Microsoft Excel and security management software.
- Vendor & Guard Management: Oversee contract security personnel,



manage shift rosters, and conduct regular safety training.
- Risk Assessment: Identify potential security vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.

Candidate Profile & Requirements

- Background: Open to both Ex-servicemen (Armed Forces/Paramilitary) and qualified Civilian candidates.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in corporate security, facility safety, or physical security operations.
- Liaisoning Skills: Proven track record of handling local administration and police liaisoning effectively.
- Communication: Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Language Proficiency: Knowledge of the local language (Gujarati) is preferred for local coordination.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel for record-keeping and data reporting.
