Job Summary

Lead a full-stack engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable, secure web applications. Drive architectural decisions, engineering standards, code quality, and platform reliability while mentoring engineers and ensuring adherence to secure development practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Own end-to-end technical delivery of full-stack applications from design through production.
2. Define technical direction, architecture, and engineering standards in collaboration with stakeholders.
3. Drive code quality, performance optimization, observability, and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Lead and mentor a team of 4-8 engineers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
5. Own technical roadmaps, architecture decisions, and incident management for critical systems.
6. Establish and enforce secure coding and engineering best practices.

Lead Agile delivery, sprint planning, dependency management, and stakeholder collaboration.

Mandatory Skills

1. 10-15 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years leading engineering teams.
2. Robust expertise in ReactJS, NextJS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, FastAPI, and Django.
3. Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
4. Knowledge of REST, GraphQL, gRPC, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures.
5. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
6. Strong understanding of software architecture patterns and API lifecycle management.
7. Expertise in observability, performance tuning, and secure SDLC practices.
