What does this role entail?

As an Associate in the Financial Markets Business Advisory team, you will support client engagements involving fixed-income products, structured securities, securitization, investment funds, and related tax and accounting calculations.:

- Play an integral role in taxable Income calculation on Fixed Income Debt Instruments, structured securities, and PFIC’s, 5471 returns, Collateralized Loan Obligations (CLO’s) under securitization services, Investment/Credit Funds Income calculation.
- Gain an understanding of US Taxation, including but not limited to Tax Reporting, IRS 5471 returns, Reconciliations, closing services, and research.

- Depending on the specific position within Financial Markets & Real Estate (FMRE), play an integral role as a professional on PwC's FMRE team supporting engagements. This will include understanding business objectives of the company, how the scope of services fits in and the skills you will need to successfully perform the work.

Good-to-have

- Certifications in Finance, pursuing CFA or Enrolled Agent or CPA
- Understanding of Finance, Real Estate, Business Analytics
- Basic understanding of corporate financial statements and several types of securities
- Playing a role in discussions, proactively asking questions and sharing an informed point of view.
