Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QMS Head to lead and maintain the Quality Management System, ensure compliance with applicable standards, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing unit.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and maintain the companys QMS and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and applicable statutory/customer requirements.
- Develop and monitor quality procedures, SOPs, work instructions and quality objectives.
- Conduct and coordinate internal, external and customer audits.
- Manage NCR, CAPA, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Monitor process quality, product quality and customer complaints.
- Drive continuous improvement, process control and defect reduction.
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Stores,



Purchase and other departments on quality issues.
- Prepare and review quality reports, KPIs and management review inputs.
- Lead and develop the Quality team through training and performance management.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field.
- 8–15 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/QMS workplace.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, internal audits, CAPA, RCA, 7 QC tools and documentation.
- Good leadership, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in magnet/engineering/manufacturing industry will be an advantage.
