Role & responsibilities

* Manage and track all new projects, ensuring timely completion within approved timelines, costs, and quality standards.

* Prepare and monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for timely closure.

* Generate weekly CCL Savings Reports and track delays in Sievo related to cost-saving initiatives, ensuring appropriate corrective actions.

* Prepare PPV Summary reports for ARIP and CCL 2025 Savings (Monthly Watch) and ensure accurate and timely reporting.

* Conduct standard cost analysis for child parts based on the latest cost runs and BOM reports for final machines.

* Analyze and report FX impact, price increases, source changes, and other cost-related variations.

* Act as an interface between Category Teams and cross-functional teams including Industrialization, PDE, and Quality to ensure smooth project execution.

* Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor project milestones and proactively highlight and resolve delays.

* Drive cost-saving initiatives such as localization, alternate sourcing, and transition from IC to direct sourcing, ensuring successful implementation within the target timeline.





* Ensure FSIR completion for all parts related to respective projects before project handover.

* Regularly monitor part quality status in SAP using QA33 transaction and coordinate with the Quality team for approvals and resolution of quality-related issues.

Preferred candidate profile

* B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 7-10 years of relevant experience.

* Strong experience in Project Management, Strategic Sourcing, Costing, and Supply Chain Planning.

* Hands-on experience in project tracking, cost analysis, PPV, savings initiatives, and sourcing projects.

* Good understanding of BOM, standard costing, cost runs, price variance, FX impact, and source-change analysis.

* Experience working with cross-functional teams including Quality, Industrialization, PDE, Procurement, and Supply Chain.

* Working knowledge of SAP; experience with QA33 and related transactions will be preferred.

* Robust analytical, stakeholder management, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

* Candidates with experience in manufacturing, engineering, sourcing, or project-based environments will be preferred.
