We are looking for a high-ownership, result-driven Business Associates to lead our expansion in Kottayam District of Keralam.

In this role, you will be the key driver of on ground city launches, responsible for establishing seamless operations, acquiring and retaining partners and customers, and building a high-performing local team from Day 0.

Role & responsibilities

Conduct on-field visits to identify and approach potential driver partners.

Explain the company, its services, benefits, and earning opportunities to drivers.

Onboard driver partners on the field, including documentation and app onboarding.

Ensure drivers understand onboarding requirements, policies, and processes.

Achieve daily/weekly onboarding and conversion targets.

Coordinate with internal teams to resolve onboarding or documentation issues.





Maintain accurate field data and daily reports using Excel and internal tools.

Support and guide junior field staff, if assigned (team handling experience preferred).

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in team handling will be an added advantage.
- Must be fluent in the local language; basic English/Malayalam
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Good local area knowledge (routes, transport hubs, driver hotspots).
- Must be comfortable with extensive fieldwork and target-driven roles.
- Should own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Must be proficient in field-level documentation and compliance.
- Basic working knowledge of MS Excel (data entry, tracking, reports)
- Ability to use smartphones, apps, and digital onboarding tools.

Previous experience in field work / field sales / field operations is mandatory.
