You'll work US time-zone hours and partner directly with US-based account managers, owning the full recruiting lifecycle from requirement intake through submission and interview coordination.

What You'll Own

- Full-cycle US IT recruiting: source, screen, submit, and coordinate interviews for US technical requirements (Java, .NET, Data/Cloud, QA, SAP, and more)
- Recruit across C2C, W2, and 1099 tax terms and negotiate rates within approved margins
- Screen candidates on technical fit, US work authorization (H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN, EAD), rate, and availability
- Boolean-source across Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed (US)



and internal ATS
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and submit clean, client-ready profiles to US account managers
- Coordinate interviews, chase client feedback, and keep ATS/CRM records accurate
- Hit daily/weekly metrics (submissions, interviews, placements)

Must-Haves (non-negotiable)

- 2 years of hands-on US IT staffing/recruiting
- Proven placements on C2C and W2
- Working knowledge of US work authorization types H1B, GC, USC, OPT/CPT, TN, EAD
- Hands-on Boolean sourcing on Dice / Monster / CareerBuilder / LinkedIn
- Comfortable with a permanent night shift (US EST/CST) from our Nagarbhavi office
- Robust spoken and written English for direct US candidate/vendor interaction
