Orange Smith Gold & Diamonds is looking for Sales Executives / Senior Sales Executives to join our jewellery showroom team at Velachery, Okkiyam Thoraipakkam and Tondiarpet (ECR), Chennai.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a traditional jewellery showroom, with good knowledge of jewellery products and excellent customer-handling and sales skills.

Role & responsibilities

- Assist customers in understanding and selecting jewellery based on their requirements.
- Explain jewellery designs, product details, offers and pricing.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Support day-to-day showroom sales and operations.

Preferred candidate profile

- Minimum 1 year of traditional jewellery showroom experience.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products and sales.
- Presentable, professional and target-oriented.
- Positive attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
