Role & responsibilities

- Manage and support the Learning Management System (LMS) and training activities.
- Understand business and training requirements and assist in developing effective e-learning content.
- Collaborate with teams to understand requirements and execute them effectively.
- Explore and apply AI applications and emerging technologies to improve learning and training processes.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent communication and strong understanding skills.
- Knowledge or experience with LMS and e-learning tools such as Articulate Storyline.
- Strong willingness to learn, adapt and execute new ideas and technologies.
- Interest in AI applications and emerging tools with an eagerness to learn and implement them.
- Proactive and a positive team player with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Experience in Corporate Training, L&D; or a related field is preferred.
- Work from office Monday - Friday (5.30am - 2.30pm)Australia Shift Timings
