Job Description

Job Title - Oracle - OFSAA AML

Location - PAN India (Hybrid)

Experience 4 years to 8 years

Notice - Immediate – 15 Days

Requirements:

- Act as a key OFSAA subject matter expert for version 8.1.2.8
- Design, develop, customize, and support OFSAA solutions for:
- Customer Screening
- Case Management
- Transaction Monitoring
- Transaction Filtering
- Analyze business and user requirements and convert them into functional and technical specifications
- Support business teams with customization requests, workflow enhancements, and reporting needs
- Develop and modify rules, parameters, configurations, reports, and data extraction logic as required
- Investigate and resolve production issues, data discrepancies, and system defects in a timely manner
- Perform impact analysis for change requests, system upgrades, and enhancement initiatives
- Work closely with compliance, operations,



business analysts, QA, and technical teams to deliver solutions
- Support testing activities, including unit testing, SIT, UAT, and defect resolution
- Monitor application health, data processing, and batch execution to ensure stability and performance
- Prepare technical documentation, design documents, support procedures, and release notes
- Assist with reporting and MIS requirements for business and regulatory use cases
- Participate in deployment planning, release support, and post-implementation validation
- Provide user support, issue analysis, and guidance on system capabilities and limitations
- Recommend best practices for OFSAA customization, maintainability, and performance optimization
