An exciting opportunity for strategy consulting professionals with 2-6 years of experience to drive high-impact Target Operating Model (TOM), transformation, business optimization, and growth strategy initiatives. The role is ideal for candidates who can combine structured problem-solving, financial modelling, executive storytelling, and strong stakeholder management to turn strategic priorities into measurable business outcomes.

Location: Chennai (WFO)

Your Future Employer: A leading organization seeking a high-calibre strategy professional to drive internal transformation, operating model optimization, and strategic growth initiatives across a quick-scaling business.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead As-Is diagnostics and Target Operating Model (TOM) design, identifying scalability, governance, operational, and profitability risks.
2. Drive internal transformation and process re-engineering initiatives to improve cross-functional efficiency and support aggressive growth targets.
3. Partner with senior delivery and operations leaders to translate strategic recommendations into actionable initiatives tracked against financial and operational KPIs.
4. Develop GTM strategies, growth frameworks, business cases, pricing models, and executive-level pitchbooks to support new business opportunities.
5. Synthesize complex data into compelling C-suite narratives and influence senior stakeholders across matrixed organizations.

Requirements:

1. 2-6 years of experience with mandatory experience in MBB or the Strategy arm of a Big 4.
2. MBA from a Tier-1 institution such as IIMs, ISB, XLRI, or a reputed global equivalent.
3. Strong expertise in TOM, business transformation, operating model design, financial modelling, unit economics, and strategic problem-solving.
4. Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills,



with the ability to create C-suite-ready presentations and pitchbooks.
5. Prior exposure to Healthcare, Life Sciences, Financial Services, or Payment Integrity is preferred, though exceptional strategy consulting experience will also be considered.
