Designation: Sr. Engineer/ Asst. Manager - Production Planning Control
Key Responsibility
- 1. Develop and maintain production plans (short-, mid- and long term) based on order book, sales orders, and capacity constraints.
- 2. Create and publish daily/weekly production schedules and shop floor work orders; monitor adherence and adjust plans to meet commitments. 3. Manage materials planning and coordination with procurement to ensure raw materials and components are available as per requirements without excess inventory.
- 4. Lead internal meetings (daily huddles, production review) and communicate status to stakeholders (Sales & Department Head).
- 5. Train and mentor junior planning staff; coordinate with cross functional teams for delivery performance.
- 6. Review of SAP activities (i.e. BOM, Routing, Sales Order, Inventory Review, PR & PO status)
