Business Development Manager/Executive Job description :

SHIELDIT International an innovative company is looking for a business development Executive/Manager who is active, creative responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic business relationships. As a BDM you will take the lead in the development of new business opportunities that will support in growth strategy. Current Openings : Sales Executive/Sr. sales executive/BDE/BDM/Telecaller Responsibilities :

- 1. Proactively identify, drive requirements, cultivate new business opportunities capture new contracts / orders.

- 2. To maintain the relationship with builders, architects, contractors, consultants, developers, corporate government department executive/officers.

- 3. Keeping the track of information from clients about upcoming projects.

- 4. To maintain daily/weekly/monthly sales report submit it to the senior authority.

- 5. To follow up with the commercial officers about the bill payment status.

- 6. Preparing the Database of all the customers.

- 7.



Finalizing the orders as per company norms and doing all the tasks related to sales process (quotations, SOC, reports, collection of PO payments).

- 8. Build strong relationships with current existing customers to drive sales growth.

Qualifications eligibility criteria :
- 1. For Sr. Executive Sales: Graduates, Civil engg. Diploma, MBA with 1-2 year experience.

- 2. Candidates working with construction chemicals and Chemicals industry or any construction related industry (Cement, Sand, Tiles, paints, Construction material) could apply to the same posting.

- 3. Good English read/write/speak skill.

- 4. Working comfort level in front of customers.

- 5. Computer knowledge for various tasks.

- 6. Excellent organizational and management skill.

- 7. Candidate must have own vehicle.
