Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager of Product Management to join our dynamic team at Cornerstone OnDemand. In this role, you will lead and shape our product strategy, manage a team of product managers, and drive the development and enhancement of our cutting-edge learning management products. As a Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products align with customer needs and market trends while maintaining Cornerstone's commitment to innovation and excellence.

In This Role You Will

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy that aligns with the company's vision, goals, and market demands.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and beyond, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscapes, and use this information to drive product innovation.
Customer Focus: Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring that products meet and exceed customer expectations while enhancing user experience.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, design, sales,



and marketing teams to deliver exceptional products and solutions.
Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market needs, business objectives, and customer feedback.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality standards for product delivery, including rigorous testing and quality control processes.
Compliance: Stay informed about industry regulations and standards and ensure that our products adhere to all necessary compliance requirements.

You Have Got What it takes if you have

Bachelor's degree in a related field;
Proven experience in product management, with a robust track record of successfully launching and managing software products.
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
Deep understanding of learning management solutions is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.
Strategic thinking, with the ability to create and execute a clear product vision.
Results-oriented and committed to meeting and exceeding company objectives.
Knowledge of agile development methodologies and product management tools.
