Key Responsibilities:

* Identify potential clients and generate leads via digital marketing, referrals, and local activities (schools, corporates, societies).

* Engage with prospects from company-generated leads (digital campaigns, call centers, referrals).

* Conduct in-person meetings and follow-ups to understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.

* Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign performance to strategy teams.

* Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM tools.

* Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.





* Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

* Collaborate with team members to enhance overall channel performance.

Job Purpose:

The BDM WiN Channel is responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospective customers, and driving insurance product sales through digital marketing, networking, and field activities. The role demands proactive outreach, customer engagement, and consistent achievement of monthly sales plans.
