About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team in Sector 132, Noida. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, conducting property visits, and closing real estate deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms, and other channels.
- Understand clients’ property requirements and recommend suitable projects/properties.
- Conduct property site visits and provide project presentations to clients.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers.
- Negotiate with clients and assist in closing sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate with builders, channel partners, and internal sales teams.
- Maintain daily sales reports and update lead/customer information.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Stay updated on Noida real estate projects, market trends, pricing, and inventory.
Requirements
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good knowledge of Noida real estate market will be an advantage.
- Sales-oriented approach with the ability to achieve targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field work and client meetings.
