• End-to-end Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes
• Hands-on with connectors (AD, CSV, DB, SCIM)
• Provisioning, reconciliation, workflows (BPMN 2.0)
• Expertise in Roles, Access Reviews, Attestation & SoD

Reporting & UI
• Report creation, scheduling, and subscription setup
• UI form development and workflow integration
• Experience with Web Designer (forms, modules, queries)
