About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for creating clear, engaging, and conversion-focused content for our digital channels, including social media, websites, blogs, advertisements, and mobile applications.

The ideal candidate should be able to explain financial products in simple language and create content that connects with Tier 2 and Tier 3 audiences in India. Candidates with prior experience in an NBFC, fintech, lending company, banking, or financial services organization will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Write content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
- Create captions, ad copies, scripts, blogs, website content, app content, emailers, and marketing communications.
- Develop engaging Hindi-English/Hinglish content for the target audience.
- Write conversion-focused content for personal loans and other financial products.
- Create content for customer acquisition, app installs, lead generation, and remarketing campaigns.
- Convert complex financial information into simple, explicit, and user-friendly language.
- Collaborate with the design, performance marketing, product, and business teams.
- Research industry trends, competitors, customer needs, and relevant financial topics.



Proof read and edit content for grammar, clarity, tone, accuracy, and consistency.
- Follow brand guidelines and ensure that all financial communication is responsible, transparent, and compliant.
- Support the development of content calendars and campaign concepts.
- Use AI tools responsibly for content ideation, drafting, and optimization.
- Make improvements based on campaign performance, audience engagement, and feedback.

Required Skills

- 1 to 2 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Ability to write Hindi-English/Hinglish content.
- Good understanding of social media content and digital advertising.
- Ability to write short, impactful, and action-oriented copy.
- Strong research, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO, keywords, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Docs, Microsoft Office, and content or AI writing tools.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple content assignments.

Preferred Qualifications

- Prior experience in an NBFC, fintech, personal loan, lending, banking, or financial services company.
- Experience writing content for loan applications or other financial products.
- Understanding of RBI-related communication requirements and responsible financial advertising.
- Experience creating content for Tier 2 and Tier 3 audiences.
- Portfolio of social media posts, ad copies, blogs, scripts, or website content.
