- Education: Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field (e.g., B.Tech / M.Tech).
- Experience: Typically 5 to 12+ years of hands-on experience in wastewater management (STP, ETP, WTP).
- Skills: Robust knowledge of Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems, water recycling, and environmental auditing.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all treated effluent meets strict Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) and State Pollution Control Board norms. [1, 2, 3]
