Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Area Retail Executive Operations to manage retail operations and drive business performance across multiple stores in the assigned region.

- Manage and drive operations across minimum 10 retail stores.
- Drive Like-for-Like (LFL) sales growth and achieve store-wise sales targets.
- Monitor tertiary sales and overall store performance.
- Conduct regular store visits to identify and resolve operational and performance issues.
- Guide Store Managers to improve sales, productivity, and customer experience.
- Monitor category-wise performance, order fill rates, and new style penetration.
- Ensure adherence to store SOPs, operational processes, and order tools.
- Track target vs. achievement and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with franchisees and ensure payments are made as per company policy.




- Support implementation of new retail initiatives in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Review customer feedback and ensure timely action.
- Maintain accurate sales, merchandise, and sales forecasting data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve retailer queries and operational issues.
- Candidate Requirements

- 4 to 9 years of experience in Retail Sales / Retail Operations.
- Experience managing a minimum of 10 retail stores.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Management and Store Operations.
- Experience in managing Store Managers and driving multi-store performance.
- Solid communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel across assigned stores.
