Role & responsibilities

- Oversee the recruitment process, from identifying needs to onboarding, ensuring timely hiring to meet operational demands.
- Design and implement training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and performance, including performance management and development strategies
- Foster and maintain positive employee relations by promptly addressing queries and concerns while facilitating effective communication between management and employees.
- Ensure adherence to labour laws and company policies to uphold a fair and secure working environment.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyse the results to improve retention strategies.
- Support the development and execution of employee engagement initiatives.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with local, state and environmental regulations bodies.




- Ensure proper PPE in workplace.
- Train workforce to prepare against any emergency like fire, shot circuit, medical emergency etc.
- Conduct mock drill on timely intervals.
- Conduct internal HSE audit (with guidance) and maintain appropriate records.
- Undertake other duties as assigned

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelors/Master’s degree in Human Resources Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in an HR role in a manufacturing or plant environment.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
