Sales Specialist/Account Executive Representative

Role Overview

We are looking for a sales-driven professional to generate business opportunities, engage prospective customers, and drive revenue growth through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social platforms.
- Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Manage pipeline and maintain CRM records.
- Partner with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding and transition.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and activity metrics.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of sales experience (mandatory).
- Experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success, Renewals, Upselling,



or Cross-selling.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce is preferred.
- Onboarding experience is an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Shift Details: Rotational

- Early morning shifts starting at 4:30 AM, 6:30 AM, or 8:30 AM.
- Candidates must be adaptable as shift timings may vary based on business requirements.
