SAP S/4HANA Project Delivery Experience (Implementation / Rollout / Migration SAP Activate)

Job Requirements*

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager (TPM) to manage delivery of SAP S/4HANA projects and enhancements. The role involves planning, execution, and tracking of SAP initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities*

Project Planning & Execution

- Plan and manage SAP S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or upgrade projects
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or SAP Activate methodologies
- Track progress and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets

Technical Coordination

- Work closely with SAP functional and technical teams (FI/CO, MM, SD, ABAP, Basis)
- Manage dependencies across modules and integrations




- Oversee technical deliverables such as RICEFW objects, data migration, and integrations
- Coordinate with infrastructure and cloud teams when required

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders
- Provide regular updates on status, risks, and issues
- Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions

Risk & Issue Management

- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Manage issue resolution and escalate when required
- Ensure proactive problem-solving during project lifecycle

Quality Assurance

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Oversee testing phases (SIT, UAT, regression testing)
- Ensure successful deployment and smooth go-live

Vendor & Resource Management

- Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and internal teams
- Ensure optimal resource allocation and utilization
