Role & responsibilities

- Provide technical direction and leadership to the development team.
- Own solution design, architecture decisions, and coding standards.
- Review code, ensure best practices, and enforce quality standards.
- Mentor team members and support skill development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify technical risks and drive mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.

Hands-on Development

- Actively contribute to development using Angular (front-end) and .NET (back-end).
- Design and develop scalable, high-quality, and performant applications.
- Participate in debugging, performance tuning, and production support as needed.
- Support integration with databases, APIs, and third-party systems.

Preferred candidate profile





- Robust hands-on experience with Angular (latest versions preferred).
- Strong expertise in .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Web API.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and integration patterns.
- Proficiency in SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Solid understanding of design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
- Experience with code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Proven experience leading technical teams or acting as a Tech Lead.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Azure / AWS cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Exposure to performance optimization and security best practices.
