Job Summary

We are hiring candidates for an International Voice Process role. The position involves handling outbound/inbound calls with international clients, providing accurate information, and ensuring high-quality customer interaction. Walk-in interviews are welcome for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international voice calls professionally and confidently
- Communicate clearly with overseas clients/customers
- Follow process guidelines and maintain quality standards
- Document call details accurately in the system
- Meet daily productivity and performance targets

Requirements

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to work in night shift only
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work from office

Eligibility Criteria

- UG Graduates (any discipline) OR
- 3-year Diploma candidates
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
