- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to credit cards, loans, and other banking products.
- Process transactions, update records, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for additional financial services or products to existing customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries and resolving complaints efficiently.
Job Requirements :
- 0-4 years of experience in BPO sales, banking sales, or credit card sales.
- Solid knowledge of banking products such as loans, credit cards, and other financial services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
