- Conduct regular inspections of fire equipment, systems, and facilities to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement effective fire prevention plans, including training programs for employees on fire safety procedures.
- Coordinate mock drills and emergency response exercises to prepare for potential fires or other incidents.
- Investigate incidents involving fires or near-misses, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in the power industry as a Fire Officer or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of fire fighting techniques, fire protection measures, and fire safety protocols.
- Ability to conduct thorough investigations into incidents involving fires or near-misses.
- Proven track record in developing effective fire prevention plans and conducting successful mock drills.
