Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across the UK and Europe.
Source, screen, and assess candidates through various channels.
Coordinate interviews and manage stakeholder communication.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Understand client requirements and deliver quality talent within defined timelines.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Required Qualifications




Minimum 1 year of experience in International Recruitment.
Experience in any of the following:
International IT Recruitment
International Non-IT Recruitment with strong interest in transitioning to IT hiring
Willingness to work on UK & Europe recruitment requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing platforms.
Understanding of IT technologies and technical hiring processes.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
