Roles and Responsibilities :

- Spare & material management, indent preparation and purchase follow-up.

- Preventive, routine and shutdown instrumentation maintenance.

- Breakdown troubleshooting to minimize production downtime.

- Coordination with Engineering and Production teams.

- Vendor and contractor coordination for instrumentation jobs.

- Coordination with Purchase & Accounts for materials and work orders.

- CAPEX instrumentation item planning and indenting.

- Execution of instrumentation project activities.

- Guiding and supervising subordinates for timely job completion.

- Shift management for the Instrumentation Department.

- Maintaining PLC/SCADA backups of plant systems.
