Role & responsibilities

- 2D Drafting & 3D Modeling: Prepare precise 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, section views, structural layouts, and comprehensive 3D digital models using AutoCAD.
- Engineering & Design Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal project engineers, external architectural consultants, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) specialists to develop, refine, and finalize project designs.
- Document Interpretation & Compliance: Thoroughly review and interpret technical project documents, engineering sketches, and site schematics to ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, regulatory guidelines, and building codes.
- Drawing Lifecycle & Records Management: Maintain a well-structured, organized, and version-controlled repository of all design documentation, revisions, as-built drawings, and project blueprints.
- Technical Standards & Innovation: Stay updated with evolving industry trends, advanced software features, drafting technologies, and digital workflow improvements in CAD/BIM modeling.
- Cross-Functional Support: Assist site project execution teams by providing timely updates,



technical clarification on drawings, and exact site modifications.

Preferred candidate profile

- Educational Background: Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Architecture (B.Arch / D.Arch), Interior Design, or Civil Drafting.
- Professional Experience: 510 years of hands-on technical experience in architectural drafting, structural layouts, or MEP design within architectural consultancies, MEP engineering firms, or industrial corporate project departments.
- Software Proficiency: Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D & 3D) is mandatory. Hands-on exposure to Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or BIM platforms is a strong advantage.
- Domain Knowledge: Solid understanding of building layouts, architectural detailing, spatial orientation, and basic MEP/HVAC schematics. Prior experience with pharmaceutical facilities, commercial buildings, or cleanroom layouts is beneficial.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional visual-spatial reasoning, meticulous attention to detail, structured file organization habits, and strong team communication skills
