Role & responsibilities

- Ensuring breakdown free machinery by doing Preventive & Predictive maintenance on timely basis.
- PLC Programming, Automation, Electrical Maintenance of PLC/CNC/RLC controlled Hydraulic, Pneumatics, SPMs Machines.
- Leading Power Saving Projects in whole Plant.
- Stocking minimum stock of critical spares inventory (Imported & Local).
- Localization of Imported spares.
- Monitoring & analyzing the machinery breakdown by maintaining machine history card.
- Facilities Management according to the requirements of the Factory.
- Operating utilities like D.G/Air Compressors/Boilers/AHU etc.
- M.R.M. & M.I.S. Report preparation & Presenting to Top management.
- Handling all over plant Maintenance as Machine Shop & Utility.
- Preparing & Maintaining of Maintenance Budget.
- Knowledge of reducing MTTR & Increasing MTBF.
- Designing of POKA-YOKA station to ensure defect free product.




- Maintain all documents of maintenance.
- Handling audits.
- Leading Safety/ EHS requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

Exposure required: , HT - PANEL, ACB, VCB, TRANSFORMER, SERVO STEBLIZER, ON LINE UPS, CAPACTIOR PANEL, FIRE SAFETY SYSTEMS, VSA, IATF/ EHS Requirements.

Industry Preference: Automobile / Auto Ancillary / Auto Components

UG : Degree / Diploma- Electrical or Electronics Engineering.

Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.

Reporting:

Skills-SAP, Presentation, Inter-personal skills, positive attitude, should be able to handle a team.
