Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist with strong EdTech industry experience to plan,

execute, optimize, and scale high-performing Meta advertising campaigns focused on lead

generation, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram.
- Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel-based campaigns.
- Manage lead generation, conversion, traffic, and remarketing campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, ad copies, placements, and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and overall campaign

performance.

- Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient ad spend.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
- Coordinate with content/design teams for high-performing ad creatives and copies.
- Implement and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Events Manager, and conversion

tracking.

- Identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities to improve campaign performance.




- Work closely with the marketing and business teams to align campaigns with lead and

revenue targets.

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads/Paid Social, preferably in EdTech.
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Business Manager, Ads Reporting & Analytics.
- Proven experience managing lead-generation and conversion campaigns at scale.
- Strong knowledge of audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, funnels, and

campaign optimization.

- Experience with Meta Pixel, CAPI, UTM tracking, GA4, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical and performance-marketing mindset.
- Ability to independently manage campaigns, budgets, testing, optimization, and reporting.
- Good understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

- Experience with EdTech lead funnels, course/program promotions, and high-volume lead

generation.

- Familiarity with Google Ads, landing pages, CRM integration, and marketing automation

will be an added advantage.
