We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Electrical Project Executive to drive commercial electrical setups and facility management operations. You will be at the forefront of executing fast-paced site rollouts, ensuring all electrical, HVAC, and MEP standards are flawlessly met.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-End Execution: Oversee bare-shell to fully functional commercial electrical fit-outs, including LT panels, DBs, wiring, DG sets, and HVAC integration.
- Team Leadership: Efficiently direct and manage large teams on the ground, including technicians, third-party vendors, and AMC contractors.
- Project Tracking: Ensure rapid store/facility rollouts are completed within strict timelines, budgets, and safety compliance standards.
- Quality & Maintenance: Conduct routine site audits, manage preventive maintenance schedules,



and troubleshoot complex electrical faults.

What We Are Looking For:

- Domain Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Retail, QSR (Quick Service Restaurants), or Facility Management projects.
- Industry Bonus: Candidates with a robust background in grocery or Fruits & Vegetables (F&V;) retail operations will be highly preferred.
- Freshers: Recent graduates must have demonstrated academic projects or internships directly related to commercial MEP execution or facility electrical systems.
- Regional Fit: Local market knowledge and linguistic fluency for the applied region is required.
