Job description - Project Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Manager who can take ownership of high-impact projects and drive them to successful completion.

The role calls for someone who is quick on their feet, thrives in fast-changing environments, and can confidently coordinate with people from diverse technical and non-technical backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day management of projects from initiation to delivery. Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and government/industry

stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.

- Adapt quickly to changing requirements, challenges, and priorities while keeping

projects on track.

- Translate complex technical requirements into transparent action points for non-technical

stakeholders.

- Anticipate risks, remove bottlenecks, and propose creative solutions on short

timelines.

- Maintain clear and professional communication across all levels from engineers to

senior management.

- Monitor progress using structured tools and provide timely updates, reports, and

escalations.

- Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality, budget, and compliance standards.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field. 3–5

years of experience in project management, preferably in defence, aerospace,

technology,



or manufacturing sectors.

- Strong interpersonal skills — proven ability to coordinate across teams with wide-ranging

skill sets and backgrounds.

- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results on tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Trello, or equivalent).

Certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) are an added advantage.
