Job Title: Telesales Executive
Work Location: Hoodi & Bommanahalli / Hsr Layout / Koramangala, Bengaluru.
Work Mode: Work from Office
Experience: Freshers & Experienced can apply
Salary: 20,000 & 24,000 TH + Incentives 15K to 20K / month
Working Days: 6 Days | 1 Rotational Week Off
Languages: English + Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Hindi / Malayalam
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding personal loan products.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable loan options.
- Generate leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with prospective customers and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
Required Skills:
- Positive communication and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of sales/telecalling.
- Customer-handling and negotiation skills.
