FLUENT HINDI SPEAKING MANDATORY

### Eligibility

* Minimum **1 Year of Customer Service Experience**

* Undergraduate / Graduate

* Excellent English Communication Skills

* Immediate Joiners Preferred

### Salary

* **CTC: 3.5 LPA**

* **Take Home: 22,000/month**

* **Additional Allowance: 2,000**

* **No Cab Facility**

### Shift Details

* **Day Shifts**

* Rotational Shifts

* **5 Days Working**

* **2 Rotational Week Offs**

### Job Responsibilities

* Handle customer queries through voice support

* Provide prompt and accurate resolutions

* Deliver excellent customer service

* Maintain quality and productivity standards

* Follow company policies and process guidelines

* Maintain skilled communication with customers
