The Opportunity

Since Advent International took the helm in 2022, Eureka Forbes has entered its highest-growth phase in years - two straight years of double-digit revenue growth, three consecutive years of margin expansion, and a stated ambition to more than double revenue by FY30, with “Excel in Service” as one of the core pillars of that strategy.

What You'll Do

- BP & Technician Management: Conduct regular BP location visits to review BPST grooming, tool readiness, and operational preparedness, while ensuring manpower availability aligns with territory targets.
- KPI Ownership: Take daily and weekly commitments from BPs against KPIs like market share, complaints, revenue, response time and installation turnaround, and follow through to closure.
- Complaint Management: Resolve escalation complaints by coordinating with technicians and BPs, and ensure customer satisfaction on every closure.
- Revenue & Sales Follow-Up: Drive revenue through BP and field meetings, and support sales closure through structured, regular follow-up with technicians and customers.
- Response Time Management:



Deliver against Installation & Service Request benchmarks (24 hrs, 90%+) through hands-on technician guidance and timely support.

What We're Looking For

- A go-getter with strong resilience and a result-oriented mindset — comfortable owning a territory's service & revenue KPIs end-to-end.
- Solid understanding of BP/channel management, with the field instincts to solve problems on the ground with BPs and technicians, and a data-driven approach to planning.
- Experience: 5-10 years of experience in service operations, channel/BP management or field sales; prior exposure to FMCD or Telecom is an advantage.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline; an MBA/PG in Sales, Marketing or Operations is a plus.
