Job Profile- Techno Sales-Barber

We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Techno Sales-Barber to join our professional sales team. The role combines technical product expertise, barber education, customer engagement, and sales to strengthen relationships with barbers and salon professionals while driving product adoption and sales across the market.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit barber shops, salons, and open markets to conduct professional product demonstrations and hands-on training for barbers and salon staff.
- Conduct technical training on men's grooming products, including styling, shaving, beard care, and men's professional grooming ranges.
- Accompany Sales Officers in the market to provide technical support, product demonstrations, and training to help drive sale-in and sale-out.
- Demonstrate the correct usage, application techniques, benefits, and best practices for professional products and tools.
- Build strong relationships with barbers, salon owners, and professional customers, acting as their key technical point of contact.




- Address technical queries and provide appropriate product recommendations based on customers' requirements and grooming needs.
- Conduct barber workshops, cluster trainings, seminars, product launches, and technical education sessions.
- Develop strong product knowledge, including ingredients, formulations, technical specifications, usage, benefits, and application techniques.
- Educate barbers on current launches, product innovations, grooming trends, and professional techniques.
- Gather market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights and share them with the sales and marketing teams.
- Support the sales team in achieving product distribution, visibility, product trials, and sales targets.
- Ensure effective product conversion by demonstrating the value and performance of products to professional users.
- Maintain regular market visits and prepare reports on training activities, demonstrations, customer feedback, and sales opportunities.
