Role & responsibilities
1. Conduct Initial assessment & evaluation of patients .
2. Monitor patients clinical condition & vital signs .
3. Take detailed medical history & perform physical examination .
4. Attend to emergency & urgent medical situations promptly.
5 .Maintain accurate and timely patient medical records &
documentation.
6. Assisted in procedures & clinical interventions as required .
7. Ensure proper handover of patients during shift changes.
8. Communicate effectively with patients and their attendants regarding routine medical care .
9. Ensure timely escalation of critical or deteriorating patients to the appropriate consultant / team .
10 .Participate in ward rounds and other clinical activities as assigned .
