Role & responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple industrial construction projects simultaneously.
- Develop project execution strategies, schedules, and resource plans.
- Ensure timely project completion within budget and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective actions to avoid delays.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, machinery, vendors, and subcontractors.
- Lead and mentor Project Managers, Site Engineers, QA/QC Engineers, Safety Officers, and Project Coordinators.
- Monitor project budgets, cost control, cash flow, and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues.
- Build strong client relationships and drive operational efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

- 12-18 years of experience in Industrial Construction or Infrastructure Projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior Operations, Project Management,



or Leadership role.
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership, project planning, budgeting, cost control, and team management skills.
- Knowledge of Industrial Construction, Infrastructure, PEB, EPC, or Civil Construction.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, MS Excel, AutoCAD, and ERP systems is preferred.
- Age Criteria: 3050 years.
