Unity Small Finance Bank is looking for experienced Sales Manager for Secured Loan.
Location: Kolkata and Durgapur
Experience: 3 years Relevant experience required
JD :
- Source customers for secured (LAP).
- Achieve sales targets (login, disbursement, productivity)
- Do basic credit checks (income, eligibility)
- Handle end-to-end loan process (lead disbursement)
- Ensure documentation & compliance (KYC/AML/RBI)
- Coordinate with credit, risk, and operations teams
- Build customer relationships & repeat business
- Work with DSA/channel partners
- Cross-sell banking products (CASA, etc.)
