We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong experience in the Banking and Risk domain to drive solutioning, define scalable architectures, and enable technology-led transformation across risk, compliance, and regulatory initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and architecture for Banking and Risk initiatives
- Collaborate with business, delivery, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions
- Identify and build reusable use cases across risk and compliance areas
- Drive technology-led transformation using Automation, Data, and AI/GenAI
- Define end-to-end architecture, integrations, and data flows across systems
- Support client presentations, demos, and RFP solutioning
- Ensure alignment with delivery feasibility and commercial expectations
- Develop solution accelerators, frameworks, and best practices
Required Skills & Expertise
Domain Knowledge
- Robust understanding of Banking & Financial Services
- Awareness of risk frameworks and regulatory expectations
Technology Skills
- Experience with Data platforms, data governance, and analytics
- Knowledge of Automation / Workflow tools (e.g., BPM tools)
- Exposure to AI / GenAI use cases (RAG, document intelligence, conversational solutions)
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, APIs, and integration patterns
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
Engineering Background
- Strong foundation in enterprise application development (Java / Python preferred)
- Experience designing scalable and secure systems
Experience
- 810 years in Banking / Financial Services technology
- Hands-on experience in solution design / technical leadership roles
