- Lead a team of developers to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain complex software applications using .NET Core and Entity Framework.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
- Develop technical roadmaps for current projects and provide guidance on architecture, design patterns, and best practices to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 12-18 years of experience in .NET development with expertise in Angular (version 7+) or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of Entity Framework for database interactions.
- Proven track record of leading teams or mentoring junior developers to improve their skills.
