We are hiring for role Business Consultant

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Business Consultants to help hotels grow their business through technology solutions and professional guidance. In this role, you will interact with hotel owners and managers, understand their business requirements, and recommend suitable solutions such as:

- Property Management Systems (PMS)
- Direct Booking Solutions
- Online Property Listings
- Hotel Training and Support Services

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and relationship-building skills, a customer focused approach, and the ability to understand client needs and provide effective business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Connect with hotels, resorts, and homestays.
- Explain our business and booking solutions.
- Help hotel owners improve revenue through our services.
- Onboard new hotel partners and build long-term relationships.
- Provide basic training and support after onboarding.
- Follow up with clients and achieve sales targets.

Requirements

- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Consultative selling and negotiation ability




- Understanding of hotel operations and hospitality industry
- Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, travel tech, or hospitality sales preferred Ability to communicate technology benefits in a simple way
- Strong relationship-building and problem-solving skills
- Self-driven and target-oriented

Preferred Experience

- 1 - 4 years of experience in hotel sales, SaaS sales, travel industry, or B2B business development
- Existing network with hotels will be an advantage
- Knowledge of PMS, OTA, Booking Engines, or hotel distribution is preferred Benefits What We Offer
