Job Title: Mobile Test Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Mobile Test Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, usability, and reliability of mobile applications across Android and iOS platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual and automation testing of mobile applications, strong knowledge of mobile testing tools, and a passion for delivering seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for mobile applications.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, usability, and compatibility testing.
- Test native, hybrid, and mobile web applications on Android and iOS devices.
- Develop and maintain mobile automation frameworks using industry-standard tools.
- Validate application performance, responsiveness, and user experience across multiple devices and OS versions.
- Identify, document, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Conduct API testing to validate mobile application integrations.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
- Execute smoke, sanity, and release testing before production deployments.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide detailed test reports and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,



Engineering, or related field.
- 3-8 years of experience in Mobile Application Testing.
- Strong understanding of Android and iOS mobile platforms.
- Experience testing:
- Native Mobile Applications
- Hybrid Applications
- Mobile Web Applications

- Hands-on experience with mobile automation tools:

- Appium
- Espresso (Android)
- XCUITest (iOS)
- Selenium (Mobile Web)

- Strong programming knowledge in:

- Java
- Python
- JavaScript

- Experience with API testing tools such as:

- Postman
- Rest Assured

- Familiarity with mobile device simulators and emulators.
- Experience using defect tracking tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with cloud-based mobile testing platforms:
- BrowserStack
- Sauce Labs
- LambdaTest

- Experience with CI/CD tools:

- Jenkins
- Azure DevOps
- GitHub Actions

- Basic knowledge of performance testing and mobile security testing.
- Exposure to Firebase, Crashlytics, and Analytics tools.
- Experience with Git version control.
- Knowledge of accessibility testing standards for mobile applications.
