- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, or chat channels.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to AIML-powered products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Develop knowledge base articles and documentation for internal use by the support team.
Job Requirements :
- 5-12 years of experience in a similar role providing production support for AIML-based applications.
- Robust understanding of Microsoft Azure cloud platform and its integration with AWS services.
- Experience working on complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
